Jaw-dropping client results for KSPR
Hello again! Goodness me it’s nearly December 2016 already. How did that happen?
I hope everyone reading this has had a productive 2016 so far? Now’s the time of year when everything starts to get a little hectic – here anyway! What with parties and planning, festivities, present-buying, card writing, wrapping-up, and cooking, I’m always in danger of having so much fun in November and early December, that by Christmas I’m shattered! Better if I don’t write any more about it or it might make me panic!
So back to work-orientated stuff where I’m on much safer ground! I’m pleased to report that we’ve had a very successful year here with lots of great results for clients. We’ve been working with some fabulous new organisations as well as some old favourites who return to us time and time again as they know we always deliver the goods!
National and regional Media
A short national media campaign for beautiful Kielder Water & Forest Park Arts and Architecture project in summer 2016 yielded a whopping £100,000 in advertising value equivalent of national press coverage with features in the likes of Metro UK (3.2 million readership) and another feature due out in Countryside magazine in December.
A small campaign for another tourism venture we’ve just started this month has already scooped a feature in Fabulous magazine (1.2 million circulation) for January 2017.
And we’re delighted to tell you that we’ve retained our 100% record of every single press item we’ve issued this year (around 50 so far) appearing or featuring in either print or broadcast press – some of them several times – earning us our new strapline: No Duds PR
We’ve coordinated internal relations and focus groups for a major charity with branches throughout the UK. Good internal relations are so important to smooth, hassle-free working and many large companies overlook this – at their peril!
We started a new venture in 2016 with the design and writing of short, snappy newsletters for clients. It’s been great fun and everyone seems to have enjoyed reading them. We’ve issued newsletters on behalf of tourism clients, health charities and a North-East business networking group – and we take time to get the tone and approach just right! There’s really no sector we can’t write for!
Social media is a speciality of ours and we’ve set up around 10 new Twitter accounts on behalf of clients. We post daily on their behalf and also deliver training so they can eventually do it all themselves.
In tandem with a BBC cameraman we’ve delivered a day’s successful media training to tourism partnership staff. Participants all said they felt far more confident at the end of the day and would have no hesitation in agreeing to a live broadcast interview. Result!
If you’d like to know more about any of the above or would just like a chat about the best PR and marketing for you, then don’t hesitate to call me, Kate Slater on 07889 203426.
